Common Moments

Common moments is a photo-essay about the daily-rituals shared by my husband and my daughter.
When she was two years old, my husband was diagnosed with cancer, which was already in its advanced-stages. I am doing this project because I hope these pictures will rekindle all the beautiful memories between father and daughter and keep the love and boundaries that the photos draw in her heart. Documentary photography helps us to see our lives from a different perspective. More than just capturing essential memories of our lives, it can acquire great therapeutic significance for our children and us.
